Last week was our last week at the Heritage Farm doing school groups. Now we are planning on being interpreters when the farm opens to the public. Hannalee has enjoyed it for the most part. She liked when our job was the Rover, where we got to ring the bell and roam the farm to make sure all the groups were going smoothly. Last week, our job was doing laundry. She wasn't so enthusiastic about that job because we were stuck in the summer kitchen for two hours and she had to try to keep her hands to herself. Not an easy task for a toddler.

There is this little spout coming out of the side of the barn. The pigs would go over and bite it and water would come out!

I'm jealous. This is one of my favorite places and I loved visiting there as a child. What a great place to volunteer!
